Mr. Boyd is a mining executive with more than 35 years’ experience in exploration, executive-level management, corporate finance, and corporate governance.

Mr. Boyd is currently a Director of Peregrine Diamonds Limited, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada, and the Association for Mineral Exploration BC. He currently serves as the President, CEO, and Director of Endurance Gold Corporation and was formerly the President, CEO, and Director of Ashton Mining of Canada Inc., a leading diamond exploration company and Athabasca Potash Inc., a prefeasibility-stage potash exploration company. He was a founding principal and major shareholder of a financial and strategic advisory firm, and was also formerly Vice President Exploration for Homestake Canada Limited.

Mr. Boyd, a geologist and gemmologist, is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of BC, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Society of Economic Geology and a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, and Gemmological Association of Great Britain and Canada.


Co-founder of True North Gems, Mr. Smith has over 25 years of experience successfully exploring, developing and operating North American base and precious metals mining and gem projects. Mr. Smith is a Professional Geologist and the President, a member of the International Corporate Directors (ICD.D) and CEO and co-founder of Canaco Resources and Tigray Resources.

Mr. Smith joined Aurizon Mines Ltd. in 1985 and resigned in 1998 from the position of Vice President Exploration. He received the Mining Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1994 from the Quebec Prospectors Association for his role in mine development with Aurizon, and was named Outstanding Alumnus of 2009 by the Science Faculty of the University of Waterloo for his contributions to mineral exploration. He holds a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo, is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, and a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists.


Mr. Ryder has been engaged in mineral exploration worldwide for over 30 years. From 1975 to 1986 he conducted exploration programs for RTZ Corporation (now Rio Tinto) as a senior geologist, in Ireland, Scotland, Germany, and Saudi Arabia. He co-discovered the lead-zinc deposit in Ireland and was directly involved in the discovery of the 300 million+ tonne al Halamid phosphate deposit in Saudi Arabia. For ten years he worked as a private geological consultant in gold, platinum and diamond exploration in North, South , and Central America. During this dime he discovered the first diamond host rocks in a subduction zone setting in California and the first diamonds in the James Bay region of Quebec. Mr. Ryder became President and CEO of Dianor Resources Inc. in July 2002, which is actively exploring for diamonds in Quebec and Ontario.


Mr. Parsons is retired.  Until June 30,2016 he served as Vice-President, Insurance of Goldcorp Inc. where he was responsible for corporate risk including mining operations loss control, business continuity planning and insurance. Prior to this appointment in 2010, he was Director, Corporate Services and Financial Analysis from October 2004 to 2010. He was employed by Wheaton River in 2001, serving as Controller until October 2004 and was directly involved in the acquisitions by Wheaton River and the subsequent merger with Goldcorp in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant / Certified General Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the gold mining industry, having served in the roles of Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of public companies.


Mr. Friedmann has a broad spectrum of knowledge in both the private and public business sectors, and is currently a principal of a venture capital company investing in technology driven companies. In addition, through his extensive international network and contacts, Mr. Friedmann will assist in developing finance connections as the Company progresses towards production. Mr. Friedmann will assume his Board role as the nominee for the Halman-Aldubi Group. Mr. Friedmann is a significant investor in the Halman-Aldubi Group.


Mr. Simpson was formerly an Executive Vice-President of Dominion Diamond Corp. (“DDC”), formerly known as Aber Resources then subsequently Harry Winston Diamond Corporation. Mr. Simpson has over 20 years of experience in the diamond industry. In 2003, Mr. Simpson joined DDC while they were still a junior diamond mining company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, to oversee their strategic expansion into retailing. Mr. Simpson ultimately assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer with the acquisition of iconic jeweler Harry Winston. Mr. Simpson started his career with De Beers where, over a 14-year period, he held a variety of roles ranging from mine resource evaluation to supply/demand forecasting and consumer marketing. As Head of Business Development for the De Beers in London, Mr. Simpson was instrumental in establishing a retail joint venture between De Beers and LVMH Moet Hennessey in 2000. Mr. Simpson joined LVMH as Director of Operations for the new venture overseeing the development of the company’s production, logistics and information systems. Mr. Simpson has a Sloan Fellowship Masters degree from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Bristol University.

Mr. Boyd is a highly experiences and respected geologist and gemmologist. In addition to other positions held in the gem industry, Br. Boyd currently serves as the Ambassador to Canada for the International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA), a non-profit association that represents the interests of the global coloured gemstone industry, He is currently a rough diamond value to various companies and Canadian government departments including the RCMP and Canada Border Services.

For the past 25 years he has been a contributing member , and past Chairman of the Canadian jewellery trade committee that is responsible for the production and revisions to Canadian Guidelines with respect the Sale & Marketing of Diamonds, Coloured Gemstones and Pearls. Mr. Boyd is a past member of the company that has bee, since 1998, the Canadian Government Diamond Valuators (CGDV) which values Canada’s rough diamond production for royalty assessment purposes.
Mr. Boyd is currently President of R.T. Boyd Limited, a family controlled business that has been involved in the importation and international marketing of rough and cut coloured gemstones and diamond mining operations in Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Russia.


Mr. Lee is the found and Chairman of China Stone Ltd., a company renowned for high precision cutting and polishing of precious stones with factories in Thailand and China. He has a Master’s Degree from the Tongji Medical University in Wuhan, China. Mr. Lee is a highly respected individual within the coloured stone manufacturing industry and as a supplier to the international jewellery industry.


Mr. Yuen has over 30 years experience in the coloured gemstone industry and is the Founder and Managing Director of Able Lapidary and Jewelry Ltd. Mr. Yuen began his career with Dallas Gems and Minerals Ltd., a subsidiary of Jardine Matheson Group, where he held senior management roles in cost evaluation, inventory control, and storage security management, before departing to found Able Lapidary and Jewelry in 1984.

Mr. Yuen`s expertise includes developing joint ventures to promote coloured gemstones and target markets in Europe, the United States, Japan, and most recently in China, where he collaborated with jewellery retailers CaiBai in 2010. In 2004, Wilson was invited by Swarovski to serve as a consultant for their Genuine Gemstone Sector, advising on valuation, purchasing, production cost analysis, marketing strategy and development planning.

Mr. Yuen serves as President of International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) and is a member of Hong Kong Accreditation Service (HKAS) on gemstone testing. He previously served as Ambassador of Hong Kong to the ICA and Vice Chairman of 2009 Panyu Congress Committee. He is also a member of the Publishing Committee & Technology Committee of Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturing Association (HKJMA) and the Hong Kong Gemstone Manufacturing Association (HKGMA).

Ms. Tucker is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.  Ms. Tucker was CFO for True North Gems from 2010-2015.
